About Trackside Charities

When the Trackside Charities semi rolls into town everyone benefits from the race fan to the music fan to a local children ’s charity. This is because Trackside Charities is recognized as friends of the local racing community. Not only does Trackside Charities enhance the local racing experience but also the money raised stays within that community and is given to a local children’s charity.

Trackside Charities assists existing children’s charities with their fund raising needs by hosting Music & Motorsports concerts. Racetrack promoters provide a percentage of proceeds to charity in appreciation for the addition of a concert.

Trackside Charities also implements a Matching Funds Program where two local businesses agree to match charitable funds based on how the #73 Pathfinder Chassis racecar finishes each race. The better the racecar does – the more money that is provided to a local children’s charity.

Trackside Charities is also producing a teenage driver safety video titled, Not Now – Not Today!

The number one killer of teenagers is car crashes. Teen statistics show that a teenager is four times more likely to be killed in an auto accident than are people aged 25 to 69. These teen car crashes make up 36% of all deaths in this age group according to the Centers for Disease Control.

Inexperienced teenage drivers are simply driving way too fast putting themselves, their passengers and innocent civilians in harm’s way. Speed belongs only on a race track which is why Trackside Charities has decided to be proactive and create this nationwide, educational tool now.

Not Now – Not Today will be distributed to every high school in America.
